Responsible for the overall management of the pavilion's other functional areas including catering, hospitality, and guest experience.

Act as the focal point for the client and for any escalations, ensuring that any issues or conflicts are resolved satisfactorily in order to maintain the high service levels expected by the pavilion.

Implementing security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and making sure that the environment in the pavilion is safe for employers and guests.

Ensuring adherence to the rosters, cleaning schedules, nd security SOP’s while demonstrating a proactive approach for fulfilling the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in line with the KPIs & SLAs.

Assisting the Pavilion Management Team in all aspects of project implementation as required

Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to without any exceptions

Developing and maintaining a high service standard and developing control measures to ensure that the standards are always met

Managing performance of cleaning and security personnel with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and service delivery

Responsible for all rosters ensuring all positions are covered at all times, this is to include annual leave, sickness, and scheduled day off.

Managing the site supervisors for completion of scheduled tasks

Regularly checking the cleaning equipment and materials

Ensuring all staffed meet grooming standards before and during each shift.

Managing, overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating specialist cleaning services if required by the client

Ensuring that the team responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

• Responsible to Support the maintenance activities of the department, by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice, associated with the full range of conversant with and understand the complete working of building fabric, structures and FF&E issues of all Dubai Airport terminal buildings, Dubai metro stations and sheikh zayed corridor, (over ground, underground structures, Roads, Tunnel, Bridge, metro station, Depots, Viaduct, Car Park buildings, footbridges, Entrance pod, office buildings and other steel structures).
• Responsibility for ensuring the civil team implement the policies and procedures in relation to service delivery such as the Permit to Work System and Emergency Procedures .
• Experience in conducting site visits, and study the drawings, documents as per request of site inspection, audit the site & prepare a report
• To look out the all PPM activities with the contractors for tunnel seepage, leakage, salt formation, precast wall, slabs ceiling utility buildings and cleanness
• Detail inspection monthly, quarterly, ever six month and yearly as per program
• In conjunction with the Shift Operations Manager, support and have responsibility for the appointment and management of Specialist Service Partners.
• Control and manage the work of specialist consultants, contractors and in-house staff on building services projects and specialist operational maintenance issues.
• Have responsibility for the delivery of all planned and reactive tasks in accordance with the Service Level Specification requirements
• Carrying out risk assessments and developing appropriate method statements
• Provide analysis and comment technically upon maintenance feedback from both in-house and specialist service partners
• Maintain good and harmonious relationships with all tenants and visitors and respond to any complaints promptly. Identify any necessary steps to prevent one tenant causing inconvenience to other tenants. Any issues to be reported to the helpdesk.
• The post holder will be responsible for all appropriate health, safety and welfare matters affecting staff in or attached to their area of work responsibility. This will include safe systems of work, training and safety inspections.
• Observe site safety procedures. Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer and/or Project Safety Representative.
• Input into the development of the 5 Year and Annual Maintenance and Energy Management Plans and the Asset Renewal Plan
• To lead the quality and investigate the damage, incident, accidents, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out to work as per Quality and HSE specifications

• Experience in site visits for inspection of construction of rods and study the drawings, documents as per request of site inspection, audit the site & prepare a report
• Observe site safety procedures. Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer and/or Project Safety Representative.
• Measure work done when required. Assist in the preparation of ‘as-built’ drawings.

• Finalize implementation strategies for work methods and have these implemented effectively.
• Knowledge in deep excavation methods upto 30mts, dewatering, diapharm wall construction, soil nailing works, grouting and construction methods for removal of earth, backfilling etc.
• Knowledge in pile / open foundation works, substructure, precasting and super structure civil works like RCC columns, beams, walls and slabs, etc.
• Concept studies of detailed Drawing & Design as per work method of statement Co-ordination with Coordinate with the authorities, Contractors, Sub Contractors & Consultants.
