Lead and manage FedEx flight network for the MEISA region (B777 & MD11 fleet)

• Facilitating sales requests and formulating SOPs for customized flight moverments thereby
supporting revenue generation
• Strategic and corporate project initiation and execution
• Training support functions on new processes and methodology
• Conduct periodical reviews/audits
• Applying best practices to ensure productivity improvement
• Monitoring and justifying man power requirements
