- Admin letters ( POA’s , NOC’s, Permits ….etc )
- Healthy Certificates for Export .
- Country of Origin Certificates and Border Documents for Export .
- Customs clearance process and follow up .
- Trade mark Registration from Economic ministry ( apply, follow up until registration ) .
- Create warning letters, NOC’s for work Visa for our staff
- Trade licenses ( New, Renewal ….etc ) .
includes following up bills and customers payments on daily bases.
following up the financial reports.
preparing daily report for incoming and out-going money for our department.
preparing commercially benefit report for our company branch.
making plans to increase the company's sale products and co-coordinating with all the department team to achieve our company's goals.
coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff .
monitor staff performance and attendance activities .
perform other HR related duties as required .
consistently updating and verifying the database for clients.
Making sure that all the company legal documents are up to date .(trading license, lease agreement, insurance and etc .
Arrange visa ( work permit, husband sponsored visa, visit visa etc.) for employees and their family .
process the visa cancellation of the staff .
collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be process.
organize visas for holiday and business related travels for managers as required
Ensure all visa, medical and permit are up to the date and arrange timely renewal .
provide clerical support for the office, including typing, filling, copy documents and presentation materials.
taking minutes of the meeting, updating the director’s calendar and remanding the managing with all his appointments inside and outside the office .
order and inventory office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the office .
prepare correspondence, reports and memoranda involving confidential matters .
