Roles & Responsibility
• Study of Details Drawings for the given structures.
• Inspection of above given Structures using Laser Tracker.
• Measurement of various dimensions and tolerances such as concentricity, parallelism, ovality and flatness.
• Preparation dimensional report, Issue of Clearance Certificate.
• Rising snag if necessary for rework.
4. Test trolley for Hat Rig Assembly & Oil Pump Test Rig
Roles & Responsibility
• 3D modeling of bearing, oil tank, mounting of brackets by locating as per Geometrical Specifications given.
• Creation of Detail Drawings for Machined and Sheet Metal Parts.
• Co-ordination with planning department for fabrication.
I did my project on the topic of STRESS ANALYSIS ON A CIRCUMFERENTIAL SPLICE JOINT OF FUSELAGE STRUCTURE TO PREDICT FATIGUE LIFE in the above mentioned organization. I really got the experience in the organization. I did my project with the team of 4 members in that I m the project leader.
I did my bachelor degree in aeronautical engg. In this department I really excited to study my core subjects. I did my project on the topic of stess analysis of a circumferential splice joint of fuselage structure to predict the fatigue life in India,Bangalore. the project consist of four members in that I m the project leader.
