- Managing and supervising the project and work flow to guarantee a 24 hours maintenance services are being delivered to the client.
- Make sure that all PPM are carried out on time and all equipment's and systems are in good working condition.
- Responding, containing, following and rectifying all complaints received from the client on time without any delays.
- Control and monitor all HSE and quality requirement's on site.
- Control and monitor consumables and spare parts including material requisition and approval from the client.
- Running weekly tool box talk and monthly HSE meeting.
- Control and monitor labor PPE and tools.
- Conducting and attend weekly meetings with client and all subcontractors, vendors or any other parties working or related to the site.
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, practices and tools used in electrical maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of programmable logic controller and electrical automated systems.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems and maintenance, high voltage as well as low voltage.
• Possess sound analytic and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communicator with strong oral and verbal communication skills.
- Liaise with sub-contractors & project team in documentation & site folders.
- Checking & compiling site folders before submission to client.
- Coordinate the ordering of office supplies & other consumables or spare parts.
- Preparing delivery orders, transmittal letters & office administrative work.
