Managed a team of 360 staff including MEP services, Cleaning services, office assistants and receptionists,
•DIFC/IDAMA contract is also covering all fitout works for offices and retail shops hence, conducting necessary reviews and FM consultancy to the contractors to complete the projects inline with the standards set by DIFC.
•Providing FM support for all the events taking place at the community throughout the year.
•Managed four DATA centres located within DIFC complex with No downtime, serving high-end clients such as Bloomberg, Asharq, Nasdaq many mores multinational financial companies and banks.

•Responsibility for profit and loss for all contracts under my responsibility.
•Prepare business plans and forecasting budgets, as required. Ensure all budgets and costs for contracts accurately reflect contractual obligations, offer value for money for clients and provide optimum revenue.
•Reporting any financial exceptions and other information as required.
•Understand and avoid financial risk, and drivers of cost. Understand the financial outputs ensuring that the service is within budget. Service Delivery
•Develop a strong teamwork ethic and promote customer service excellence.
•Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to service delivery that generates "added value" to the business.
•Maintain strategic overview on service progress both from a commercial and technical perspective.

•Implement performance objectives for each team member, through undertaking performance appraisals. Use the process to improve employees who are not meeting the requirements of the position. Carry out regular reviews of the personal development plan and progress.
•Agree a personal development plan with objectives for each employee. Ensure that all development and objectives align with achieving the business strategy.
•Develop a succession planning strategy.
•Effectively delegate responsibilities to the lowest appropriate level, ensuring individuals receive the support, guidance, and encouragement to ensure success.
•Encourage employees to support the operational business objectives by sharing knowledge and to develop a creative approach to their work and to 'think outside the box'.
