Indoor sales retail manager
mange the 2200 S.M department store, casual wear, sports wear, and cosmetic section all high end brands with 4 head of sections and 34 sales staff .
- Handling 2200 sqm retail space and 34 staff, Fashion, Footwear, Cosmetics .
- Handling product manger for cosmetics area .
- Assessing marketing opportunities, target markets, intelligence gathering on customers & competitors while generating leads for possible sales & following-up sales activity.
- Supervising customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; providing first line customer support by answering queries and resolving their issues.
- Responsible for evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets & assessing changing market environs with an insight into the domains of market research.
- Worked with international retail brands at various levels and turned them into profitable stores.
- Implementing merchandising activities like display, stock arrangement in an attractive manner to create effective visual impact for higher conversion and maintain a high end store image.
- Efficiently handling the salespersons, housekeeping. Deputation of security guards as per requirement.
• Implement sales strategy in the market. • Brand development, sales traffic growth, and Developed brand strategy and Strategic Consulting, including business plan .Instruction on workstation setup to improve the Sales in per POS. • Analyzing and implementing business strategy changes according to market conditions. • Responsible for sales and marketing actions within this distribution channel. • Maintain regular contact clients to ensure continued business. • Hire, manage and train beauty advisors, and develop their journey plans.

The signage displaying the name and logo of the store is installed at the right place and viewable to all.
• Buying merchandise & pricing to ensure seasonal sell thru to maintain newness in stores season After season.
• Understanding individual market requirements and developing marketing strategies within brand guidelines to ensure brand awareness and sales through various tactical marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring consistency of brand image across all regions of operations.
• Staff training & Development ensure adequate product knowledge at the floor level.
• Driving Sales by ensuring Sales floor standards are maintained in line with brand specifications
• Maintaining satisfactory level of Customer service thru regular staff training and ensuring staff availability in absolute numbers as well as nationality mix .
• Store Design and Construction.
• Leasing with brand team and floor staff to ensure adequate supply of products is available at all .
• Primary liaison with third party supplies distributor (DDS)
• Store support contact: respond to store requests within 48 hours. Answer questions and resolve emergency issues
• Ensure proper inventory reporting and delivery dates for new store openings (new store opening package)
• Manage holiday supplies allocations and seasonal pushes
• Monitor and report performance in terms of on time delivery and quality
• Manage company wide supplies budget and monitor tracking and reporting (by vendor, store, region)
• Update and maintain store training and support materials
• Prepare Purchase Orders and receive invoices
• Ensure Purchase Orders and Purchase Order changes and renewals conform to contract terms and comply with departmental .
• Receive invoices in a timely fashion (both PO and non-PO related) and resolve any invoice related issues
•Sales Executive Luxury Brands ( Channel, Dior, Guerlain, Boss, Givenchy, Burberry ) sale and adviser skin care products .
