Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site.
Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specification.
Identifying quality problems, initiating documented action and verifying implementation of solutions
To issue non compliances & site observations to the management team ensuring they are closed out and reported
To log all inspections and findings, maintain the QAQC paperwork - test papers, files, reports, certificates, NCR logs.
Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
On-site inspections at required stages as per ITP and Project Specifications on various construction activities (Site works, Soil, Concrete & Finishing items).
Review Method Statements for required construction activities as per Project Specifications, Drawings & Standards.

Dealing with Internal & Client issued Non Conformances reports & follow-up for their necessary corrective actions.
Conduct review of Sub contractor Project Quality Plan & other related documents.
Liaison with Third party laboratory, Subcontractor related with Quality matters & scheduling required tests.
Review of test results against criteria.

Ensure by checking, verification, inspection, as appropriate to the activity that the specified level of conformance is achieved.
Review and note all materials delivered to the site and verify compliance with the approved samples, materials and construction documents.
To coordinate with the Consultant / Supervisor for inspection of works stages according to method statement after being inspected internally to gain his approval on the works requested and to make the corrective action needed to gain his acceptance.
Prepare daily inspection reports, review the test results and maintain the QC records updated.
Preparing all quality related log like, RFI Log, FDT Log, Soil Sampling Log, Curing Log, and Water Sampling Log.
Coordinate with the third party inspection agency to conduct the required field tests and prepare the samples for the lab tests.
Ensure Rebar installation inspection should be according to approved drawings.
Monitoring all quality related activities and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Ensure that all materials, workmanship, construction, finishes, functional performance through surveillance, testing, commissioning and inspection fully conform to all Contract Requirements, Specifications, Codes and Drawings.
Address all instructions received from the Construction Management or their representatives.
Responsibility on-arrival on site, for the inspection, protection, storage, handling and installation of all off-site materials and equipment.
