turnkey basis at Al Shamal Sewerage Treatment Works and Pipeline Project (CP755) in Doha,
Qatar.
• Roads and Infrastructure Projects includes microtunneling in Al Mearad and South West of
Muaither for Road Projects Department, Infrastructure Affairs, Public Works Authority, and
Doha, Qatar.
• Conceptualized logistic, traffic management, and CEMP plan for two major projects:
• Built bus parking area for Al Rayyan stadium (a 2022 World Cup stadium) that involved
the construction of temporary car parks/bus laybys and associated connections to external
roads scattered within a 75 km north-to-south strip.
• Development of Access Roads to Integrated Worker Accomodation Community at Al Khor.
• Constructed access road surrounding the Woqod petrol station, which included Earthworks,
Unbound Pavement Material - Sub-base, Asphalt Works, Kerbs, Footways, and Paved Areas,
Traffic Signs & Road Marking, Surface Water Drainage, Water Works, Electricity Works,
Ooredoo Works & Street Lighting Works.
• Architected asphalt parking area, security building, payment booth, and canopies for 461 car
parking bays in front of Al Qassar Metro Station (Doha, Qatar).
• LUSAIL Stadium Precinct Project/LUSAIL Smart City of value QAR23M, WORLD CUP FIFA 2022.

• Roads and Infrastructure for Government Residential Division Project in South of Wukair of
value QAR230M QAR - Package 2b Grading - GEC- M/s AECOM; PMC- M/s Parsons Brinckerhoff
& Client - ASHGHAL.
• Ensured approval of Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Good for Construction Drawings, and
Material Submittals before execution with the latest revision, which significantly reduced the delay in
the approval process by 75%.
• Achieved 5% outsourcing cost reduction by designing the road alignment, traffic appurtenances, and
foundations in alignment with DMRB standards to acquire approvals from M/s Black & Veatch
construction supervision team.
• Steered infrastructure development project from inception to completion by directing a cross
functional team of 50 members, including Project Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Planning Engineer,
Safety Manager, Senior Surveyors, Site Safety Personnel, Site Foreman, and Helpers.
• Fostered collaboration with key stakeholders (including project director) to ensure timely execution of
