Supervising the sub-contractor’s piping construction activities and co-ordinating with QC dept., Engg.dept.& Commissioning dept. of Qatar Gas and Contractors. Activities included are planning, fabrication, installation, testing of tie-in points (heavy wall thick piping) further includes 28” valves testing, blinding, deblinding activities & leak tests with operation personnel.
Executing the piping construction activities co-ordinating with QC dept., Engg.dept.& Commissioning dept. of ORYX-GTL and Contractors. Activities included are planning, fabrication, installation, testing of tie-in points further includes blinding, deblinding activities & leak tests with operation personnel.
Executing the piping construction activities co-ordinating with QC dept., Engg.dept.& Commissioning dept. of SAFER and Contractors. Areas are Production Separators & Manifolds,
Pig Receiver & Pig Launcher, 16” Gas pipe line 28 km long & 6” LPG pipe line 4 km long and activities includes fabrication, erection, testing and punch clearance activities before testing and mechanical acceptance etc

Executing the piping construction activities of PAU areas (Pre Assembled Units by Larsen & Toubro, India) which includes erection, testing and punch clearance activities before testing/mechanical acceptance by co-ordinating with QC dept., Engg.dept.& Commissioning dept. of Technip, Contractors and ADGAS representatives
YLNG - YEMEN:
Monitoring the piping construction activities of contractors includes erection, testpack clearance & testing activites by co-ordinating with Engg.dept, QC dept.& Commissioning`dept.of YemGas and with YLNG representatives.
TRAIN-6
Piping test pack control by reviewing and approving the test packs submitted by contractor which will be approved by Ras Gas for Train-6 Process Area.. Co-ordination with Engineering dept., Sub-Contractor and Ras Gas regarding test packs approval. Bolt Torque controlling work includes the approval of Method Statement, Field inspection of bolt torqueing, Updating the daily & weekly progress and attending meeting with Ras Gas & Sub-contractor.
Train-5
Monitoring the piping erection activities at field for unit 52 Acid gas Removal area and unit 53 Dehydration area. Interaction between Sub-Contractor and client regarding piping activities in above said areas. Follow up with Sub-contractor to close out punch lists given by client to clear the Test packs before testing/mechanical acceptance.
Train-4
Co-ordination in Bolt Torqueing activities includes Speed up the torqueing progress at site, Inspection of Manual Torqueing Flanges, Interaction between sub contractor, CMS & A QC and Ras Gas for Machine torqueing flanges, Updating daily, weekly progress and schedule, Test pack clearance for torqueing completion before test, Map system wise clearance for torqueing completion after PMC activities, Documentation of torqueing records& tags and Submission of original bolt torque records to CMA& A QC etc.The scope of the work completed for train-4 process and options (AKG, AGI, RLH & NGL) is 21, 000 flanges.
TRAIN-3
Co-ordination in Field activities and Progress monitoring of Piping Testing activities, all activities of Steam Tracing Piping and closing out final punch lists& inspection of valve Testing.
