¬ Making project charter
¬ Drafting different versions of plan and approach for the project
¬ Ensure the quality of project
¬ Monitoring and controlling the project baseline scope, cost and schedule
¬ Ensure customer satisfaction
¬ Taking proactive measures
¬ Owner of all project management related document
¬ Project Plans in different aspects and multiple version used
¬ Other plans such as training, UAT, cutover and support plan for multi location and skill
¬ Monitored risk and issues during the project and worked on action plan and mitigation
¬ Responsible for project costing, approvals and GM
¬ Ensure all activities/tasks completed and progressed accordingly with in-line, respect to the Project Delivery Framework and methodologies
¬ Monitoring technical consultants for delivering WRICEF
¬ Presented weekly status of project to PMO and Steering committee
¬ Ensuring the project success
¬ Reporting value management to client
¬ Reporting product benefit
¬ Managing free lancer tasks and deliverables
¬ Ensuring all phase closures from stakeholders
¬ Monitoring project quality and customer satisfaction
¬ Involving experts in scope solution issues and project management issues
