ERP Planning, monitoring, developing and managing the Department electronic databases.
Assist the Head of Supply Chain in preparing high quality briefs to senior Customer.
Managing key partner supplier (SMSCMC).
Responsible custody officer for the department.
Manage repairable activities.
Monitor overall Beyond Economical Repair/Beyond Physical Repair activities, as well as, review, approve and then endorse the applicable BAE Systems mark-up.
Interface with Customer, Vendors and other BAES Departments on all In/out of Kingdom repair and procurement activities.
Provide an updated delivery forecast of items to the Customer on a weekly and monthly basis.
Generate customised reports for Senior Management.
Chase BAE’s in/out KSA vendors to improve the delivery forecast of the Customer’s items.
Analysing KSA repair and SCRAP data by reviewing, identifying & investigating trends and problem areas, and where appropriate detailing the scope for improvements.
Produce and present briefs and reports as required in order updating the Customer and the business on the status of the Repair and SCRAP activities.
Monitor the shipping activities on IFS (ERP System) includes preparing of Certificate of Conformity, Transport Notes and other necessary shipping documentation.
Organize the direct deliveries and receiving of the items from the Vendors and ensure that all applicable IT systems such as IFS is updated accordingly.
Provide In-Kingdom Supply reports regularly and when required to BAE Systems managers such as Head of Quality Services and Senior Management.
Prepare claim documentation to support in-KSA invoices.
Provide OJT for new members of the team.
Personal Assistance to the Project Director Logistics.
Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to an assigned business area to enable it to function effectively.
Monitoring the department Electronic Documents tracking systems.
