Project Description:
Highest Tower in Riyadh, 80-Storey, 385m tall iconic "crystalline" office tower development in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia containing the Capital Market Authority Headquarter.
Responsibilities Include:
• Ensure the technical drawings and specifications are correctly interpreted, respond to contractor’s queries, and provide clarifications when necessary for smooth progress of work.
• Review and appraise civil/structural material submittals, concrete mix designs, contractor’s alternate proposals, construction method statements and temporary construction works design calculations.
• Check and approve the structural reinforced concrete shop drawings and coordinate with other site team staff to ensure that the requirements of all disciplines are satisfied.
• Review, evaluate, comment and approve specialized structural technical and construction submittals including: tower construction methodology, tower horizontal and vertical movement monitoring, in-situ concrete quality assessment and outrigger construction sequencing methodology.
• Visit lab/plant, conduct material inspections, witness tests and concrete mock-ups.
• Day to day progress of the site activities and timely review of the shop drawings.
• Carry out regular inspection of the work, when instructed by engineering manager to check on the adequacy of site works.
• Attend meetings to discuss and resolve technical issues.

- “Muscat IBIS Hotel”, 8 floors building.

- “Central Market Mosque”, in Abu-Dhabi.
- “Shmesani Mhole”, Earthquake Design only.
- “Omega Villa”, 2 floors building.
- “Soyo Heliport”, 2 floors building.
- “Training Center”, 1 floor building.
- “Essa Compound”, Different small buildings.
- “KASOTC”, containing Mosque and different small building.
- “Jezzan and Hael Universities”, 2 blocks containing 3 floors.
