Responsibilities:
- We established the Stationery in February 2006 and by the hard work and market study we growth the Stationery and it became the first Stationery in Dara'a so in 2009 we opened new branch at the same area and increase our stuff to be 8 employees at the moment
- Buying all kinds of Stationery items and dealing with most of big Stationeries in Syria.
- Organize and maintain file and records.
- Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: phones, distributing mail, and preparing expense reports.
- Prepare official correspondence, coordinate and tracking functions, format correspondence, mark recommendations, and handle incoming and outgoing visit request preparation.
- Typing all kind of letters for all the government department.
- Giving new ideas for marketing
- Planning and scheduling all items requirements

Responsibilities: - In charge of dealing with clients/guest, advertise and sell products of the company to current and perspective customers.

- Supervise the shift that you are scheduled.
- Assist sales manager by completing all assigned duties.
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the sales manager.
