Lead AP & AR Processes: Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, from invoicing
to collections, keeping everything running like clockwork.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts .
• Perform bank, cash, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the appropriate period.
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports for senior
management and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, file statutory reports, and liaise with external
auditors and tax consultants.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Assist with other accounting projects.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and customer.
• Perform and prepare ad hoc analysis, tasks and reports.
• Contact the sales department to resolve invoice disputes.
• Match daily sales using Falcon POS software with accounting system
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP user.
