Description: The Saraya's W Amman Hotel & Tower is a 37 storey tower with an area of 78, 700 m2
, the tower is a five-star Hotel that contains
a 280 rooms and 42 serviced apartments. The tower will sit on top of eight-level podium containing high-end retail units, office space and hotel
facilities. The project lump sum Contract Price is Jordanian Dinars Eighty-Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand JD 88, 500, 000.
Responsibilities:
 Analyze the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
 Prepare contractual documentation and undertake all required administration on Projects including, but not limited to generating and
submitting of Variation Orders, letters, Claims and minutes of meetings.
 Manage the Variation orders process from identification to resolution of change: prepare, interfacing with involved functions, and negotiate
any claims against the client in compliance with the Contracts terms and conditions.
 Provide Cost consultation services for the Project in accordance with the Contract.
 My role was a Lead Engineer on this Project, leading a team of all disciplines including Electromechanical, Civil Engineer Quantity survey
and document controller.
 Reviewing and certifying the claimed Monthly Payment Interim and the Variation Orders by the main Contractor in line with the Contract's
terms and conditions and FIDIC Silver Book Conditions of Contract for EPC Turnkey Project-1999.
 Issuing a Monthly Progress Report for the whole Project.

together with all external works which includes landscaping, swimming pools, gorge, floating jetties.
Responsibilities:
 Provide planning and cost controlling support for the project which includes reports and monitoring milestone.
 Reviews project specifications and project snags, coordinate with the construction manager and subcontractors to deliver our scope.
 Follow up all finishing activities; coordinate with site teams to ensure that the activities are done according to the snags of wing (A, B&E).
 Coordinate with the subcontractors to deliver the scope of work on the required time and within the required cost and quality.
 Presents procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project; maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through
enforcing procedures. Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and federal regulations.
 Collect the requirements and inquiries of the engineer through minutes of meetings and ensure that the construction team understand and
follow up the required plan.
 Prepare and distributes a description and timeline of the project.
 Reviews contractor bids; interviews and assigns personnel to specific phases and elements of the project. Through project coordination
meetings and other forms of communication, oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project.

stone cladding, landscape and block works.

provide maximum quality within our budget.
 Insure the satisfaction of our client by keeping updated with all his inquiries

Project: Aqaba New Port Project - Package 1, Marine Works
Description: Design and construction of 1Km Berth in Joint Venture with BAM International. The work consisted of dredging, rock armouring,
supply and installation of tubular steel and sheet pile, 20, 000m³ of in-situ and precast reinforced concrete.
Achievement: MAG was awarded best conformance letter by Delta Marine Consultants for the quality of the casted 2800 Xbloc armour units
in this project.
Responsibilities:
 Ensuring that construction team execute work according to the project specification and inspection on site.
 Coordinate with Manaseer batching plant and laboratory to apply and ensure that the concrete mix designs for the Marine structures are of
high quality, cohesive, workable and complies with project and international standards.
 Coordinate with Arab Center for Engineering Studies (ACES) to apply all tests required as per the project specifications.
 Coordinate with Aqaba quarries and the consultant for the production, testing and transporting for armour stones.
 Prepare the method statements and ITPs for marine concrete structures (X-bloc armour units, anchor walls, capping beams, mooring
dolphins and precast beams and slabs) and for the production and installation of armour stones
 Reporting directly to Delta Marine Consultants on the production, specification and the quality of Xbloc armour units.
 Issue daily and monthly report to the consultant and management on the work progress.
