• Deal with the entire lifecycle of various projects of the Foundation including organization of prestigious events in Ajman to build the Ajman brand in targeted markets.
• Develop detailed project plans and budgets and supervise effective execution to deliver all predefined goals with the best return for spend.
• Conduct regular assessments of the market to identify and validate new opportunities and build business cases to buy-in of the senior leadership.
• Network with and build strong productive relations with ass AAF stakeholders including partners, government entities and NGOs.

• Manage business development activities to promote Arab Pearl Journey which offers pearl-diving tours to tourists combining culture, tourism and heritage.
• Supervise all activities related to day-to-day operations of the Arab Pearl boat tours ensuring safety and delivery of superior guest experience.
• Conduct capacity needs assessments across all business areas and levels to identify performance expectations, current job skills to identify performance gaps and implement effective improvement plans.
• Plan and organize training seminars and working sessions covering various aspects of projects ensuring effective marketing and operations as well as orientation sessions for new staff.
• Formulate and execute initiatives like self-assessment, training needs analysis, skills development, goal setting and measurement of training impact to deliver targeted performance improvements.
• Plan and implement strategies to penetrate new markets by building new relationships as well as reinforcing existing relationships with DMCs and hotels in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

• Assisted the Chief of Legal and Compliance in dealing with all financial matters related to the department.
• Coordinated with all vendors ensuring on time completion of all supply related financial actions including processing of invoices/claims.
• Audited all invoices ensuring completeness and correctness of records and accuracy of payments.
• Prepared departmental budgets, monitored all costs and expenses and produced monthly cost reports highlighting variances to the management.
• Coordinated and facilitated internal training sessions including orientation sessions for new employees and on-the-job coaching for all staff as needed.
