- Receive, review and audit attendance & vacations reports received from all departments.
- Control vacations sequence and its compatibility to Co. rules.
- Follow-up attendances, absences, delays, overtime hours, and issuing reports with that.
- Assists in development & maintenance of organizational charts, job descriptions.
- Assist in developing and update HR policies & Procedures in order to align all business units and
ensure corporate efficiency.
- Taking part in recruiting through post the job adds, screening C.V's and scheduling interviews and
making first interview for first and medium levels jobs.
- Lead the IQ, English and Computer tests for the candidates.
- Receiving the hiring documents from the accepted candidates and sign the contracts with them.
- Responsible for HR filling system: review, complete, organize and update employees’ files.
- Recording employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations.
- Responsible for all HR administration tasks.
- Process benefits enrollment of new hires including social insurance, medical insurance, mobile lines,
employee IDs... etc.
- Receive and process employees requests from HR like: HR letters, experience certificates, employees’
inquiries of benefits, etc....
- Handle resignation -related paperwork.
- Handle internal communication: memorandums, quarter meetings, yearly events, etc.
- Handle the medical care file and dealing with the medical care company to follow the medical reports,
consumptions, and the addition or deletion of employees as well as reviewing and revising invoices in
addition to solving any occurring problems.
- Communication and follow up with the service providers (medical, training, printing houses ...)
- Opening accounts number for new hires with the bank.
