ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Checking Reinforcement drawings & Bar Bending Schedules.
•Checking Structural drawings & Sub-contractors drawings for design compliance.
•Highlighting the conflicts in design drawings.
•Resolving design discrepancies with RFI’s.
•Resolving Site discrepancies with FCN’s.
•Coordinating with Sub-contractors through mail / phone / In person.
•Conducting Weekly meetings with construction Team & monthly meetings with Sub-contractors.
•Managing a team of Draftsmen.
•Site coordination & Resolving discrepancies at site during construction.
•Coordinating with consultant for Shop drawing approval.
•Placing order for reinforcement based on site requirement.
•As-built drawings.
•Assisting Commercial department in the final phase of the project by reviewing the rebar assessment done by client for payment.
