As plant in-charge:
o Overall in charge of all manufacturing / production activities.
o Responsible for delivering production plan in terms of SKU wise and shift wise.
o Ensuring productivity of resources in respect to machines, materials and men including capacity utilization.
o Monitoring and control of process and product quality during preparation, process and final packing.
o Ensure optimum manning strategies, multi skilling and high degree of workmen motivation as evidenced in their problem solving approach, willingness to stretch and willingness to collaborate with other teams.
o Ensure that the plant area adheres to GMP. Safety and hygiene standards including safety drills and appropriate treatment, management and disposal of effluents if any.
As data entry operator:
