- Accountabilities:
1. Responsible to maintain the stock levels at the regional WH and design a supply
planning system (End to End) to fulfill hospitals and primary healthcare centers
demand across the region.
2. Collect, validate and map the historical consumption data from client system.
3. Build up the MRP levels after validation and configure cross-ponded data at NUPCO
system.
4. Launch the system and startup the operations after uploading relevant data (Stock on
hand, pipeline orders, planned dispenses…etc.)
5. Initially take over the planning design for one central WH at the Eastern province
and setup MRP levels for 27 hospitals and more than 100 PHCs.
6. Take over the responsibility of Riyadh region with one central WH and 3 different
stakeholders.
7. Maintain and update the stocks levels for 42 hospitals and more than 400 PHCs.
8. Ensure the pipeline deliveries upon the needed time and push the suppliers if
necessary required.
9. Responsible for more than 15, 000 SKUs between active and inactive, available and
shortage, critical and non-critical, moving and non-moving items.
10. Design and apply BoM for items that should dispensed together and this has a great
influence on the productivity and smoothness for outbound deliveries.
11. Design and apply “Quota” process upon the share of each hospital demand from the
budgeted supplies.
12. Maintained a sufficient stock levels at the central WH, this has a positive influence
upon reducing unnecessary transportation cost and kept the planning more accurate.
13. Participated in many projects for systems enhancement such as control tower and
ordering platform.

- Achievements:
1. Report to reduce 700M SAR of non-moving items.
2. Run up SAP - MM system in both regions (EST, Riyadh) with a very short period
helping IT team to expedite the process by suggesting customized transactions.
3. Assisting IT team to restructure the solution provided for MM process and handlings.
4. Quick and affective solutions for client business handling such as BoM and Quota
process.
5. Initiate an effective liquidation plan for near expiry items and non-moving items.
6. Currently working on building dashboards to enable the top management to analyze
the progress and find out the reflection of MRP day to day operations and solutions.

- Accountabilities:
1. Creating and monitoring daily production plan for 3 plants (Riyadh, Qassim and
IRC) by distributing sales needs over production line capacity considering the external
and internal constrains.
2. Controlling FG stocks to be within the target limit considering safety stock levels.
3. Conducting trails and preventive maintenance in production schedule.
4. Ensure the availability of all SKUs across franchise WHs.
5. Deploy replenishment needs across franchise WHs.
6. Daily updating production schedule and monitoring FG stocks in SCP system.
7. Following up with Material Availability team to ensure the delivery of critical
materials.
8. Reporting for actual production outputs vs. production plan.

- Achievements:
1. Liquidate near expiry batches of 7UP concentrate before due date with total number
of 5, 140 units, One unit costs 616.26 USD with gross cost of 3.17M USD
2. This liquidation was within the total capacity of all our WHs, which have saved any
extra storage and handling costs.
3. Reduce shipping cost by producing all SKUs at the nearest central plant.
4. Support sales by not having any OoS satiation till today.

- Accountabilities:
1. Handling over than 120 Raw Materials and Co-Packing imported orders.
2. Controlling materials stocks (Volume and Value) to be within the target limit
considering safety stock levels.
3. Monitoring the movement of the material based on the forecast and actual
production using MM in SAP.
4. Share a weekly call offs and forecast with all suppliers
5. Monthly updating the BoM based on the updated forecast cycle.
6. Creating PR and PO against annual contract in SAP.
7. Following up with new projects regarding any changes in RM.
8. Reporting weekly for critical items.

- Achievements:
1. Landed with the stocks value from 45M SR to 35M SR at the end of 2016 which
saved the capital of cash flow started from Sep. 2016 to Dec. 2016.
2. Landed with the stocks value at the end of 2015 with 32M SR as this was the target
with 10% allowance, This was a great saving for company capital.
3. Involved in Al Safi Juice project and did all the requirements to achieve the target
launch date, More over I helped the company to catch the sudden increase in demand
(Within very short notice) at the beginning of this project.
4. Involved in launching MRP system in SAP and get the experience by dealing with
both (SAP and Excel MRP process).
5. Handling finish goods planning for Co-Packing items, Dealing with forecasting and
demand management.
6. Since 2 years never had any cancellation in production due to material planning mistakes
(Out of Stock situations).

- Receiving daily reports for the condition of 35 equipments for total 5 areas in the work flow and troubleshooting
- Calculate the reliability factor (RF) for each equipment and compare it with our target
- Prepare a presentation for the equipment performance and rise the issues in the technical meeting
- Coordinator of technical meeting which discus the reasons of failures and encourage the maintenance team to follow up
- Prepare a monthly report for power consumption of each equipment and compare the power consumption with the production output
