Most Recent Assignment: National Commercial Bank (NCB) in KSA as IT Program Manager and accountable of 42 Million USD budget on IT Strategic Programs Nov’10 - 31st Dec’12).
Owned the complete delivery of multiple large IT programs and specified business critical projects. Held responsibility for managing SAP (IT Service Availability Strategic Program) to meet NCB future five year’s business expectation. Implemented program framework in conjunction with the PMI project management methodology, including structured Governance, process, status reporting and metrics. It consists of NGN & NOC business crucial programs. One of the major projects is IPVPN technology implementation for all 303 branches, 15 corporate sites, located in different cities in world. These are commercial initiatives to reduce operational cost on long term prospects.
Delivery Manager (Sr. IT Infrastructure Services Manager). Managed World Bank-IFC IT infrastructure, application and system integration support across 114 countries World Bank business .Led other major IT projects roll out for World Bank. Reported to Delivery Head (SVP).
Managed Service Delivery responsibility of World Bank (offshore & onsite engagement model). The scope were IT Infrastructure & Apps support which includes Data Canter Operation, Service desk establishment, NOC, IMS, LAN/WAN, Firewall & Security, System Integration, Data Warehousing, Middleware & Applications, Windows & VMWARE, Storage, Process roll out, Messaging (Notes, Idocs etc), documentum, Server Virtualization & cloud computing solution
Regional Service Delivery Manager. Designation: Regional Service Delivery Manager. Managed 500 plus resource including 16 PMs / SDMs, who were assigned on IT service delivery & various IT projects. Reported to Vice president (ITD Country Manager) of IBM. Managed Service Delivery on 18 M USD budget.
The Key responsibilities were included:
RSDM role had active responsibilities on Service delivery, technical solutions review, approval of SOWs, Delivery Assessment approval of upcoming solutions and new business to IBM (South & West part of India locations) i.e. Cost Case, Quality assurance, Transition, Hiring manager role of PMs / Service Delivery managers and other additional roles for IBM growth.
Led Data Services Operation and Service Delivery of multiple Accenture locations (multiple overseas clients) and executed IT Infrastructure projects for internal & external clients (Contract & Regular employment consecutively). Managed support shared services & overseas client IT Infrastructure projects management, IMS, System Integration, Data Warehousing etc. It includes day to day production support and managing audits, BCM activities, process roll out(BS 7799, BS 15000, COPC, ISO 20000, ISO 27001), new technology implementation, Technology refresh and roll out globally, Financial assessment etc. for internal & external projects/clients.
