-Insure providing comprehensive HR administration support to the learning advisor and other internal stake holders., specifically to talent programs covering selection testing, psychometrics, assessment center, administration and management, Oracle Talent Management, record trackers, reports and analysis reporting.
-Develop, maintain and update Core Competency date base, psychometric assessment, talent
management evaluation committee and talent personal development plans.
-Administer, analyze and provide reports relating to psychometric assessment ( SHL ) and English testing (English360) required in the talent recruitment and selection process.
-Provide and contribute to the high quality of service to users of the talent management services and
assessment center.
-Contribute to the productivity improvement of the team and maintain effective relationship across the
team and the bank. Support and actively participant in the annual recruitment and selection campaigns.
-Availability of manpower with appropriate “job-fit” whenever required
- High level of employee satisfaction with the administrative / HR services provided
- Reduced employee grievances
- Limited liabilities on account of non-compliance
- Reduced escalations to higher management
