Scope of work: Design - Project management - fit-out of Residential (high-end) villas as well as commercial buildings/shops.
Duties:
1-Arranging meetings with the clients to discuss related projects parameters
2-Scheduling Projects timeline using M.S Project and/or Primavera
3-Monitoring Projects all stages (initiation till complete handing over)
4-Managing maintenance contracts
5-leading a team of project engineers to achieve projects goals within the planned schedule.

New Maternity Hospital - 780 beds Design development, planning, procurement, supply, installation and operational maintenance of FF&E medical equipment, medical furniture, general equipment and general furniture including kitchen, laundry, and medical ICT systems (LIS, PIS, RIS/PACS, NCS, etc.), in addition to Laboratory caseworks, medical gas system, Pneumatic waste & linen and Pneumatic tube system.
Duties:
*Develop a a detailed plan to monitor and track progress to analyze the successful completion within the specified timeframe using appropriate tools and methods.
*Manage the relationship with stakeholders.*Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
*Ensure performing project's activities within the allocated budget *Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth works.
*Initiate and maintain a proper project documentation.
*Scope of work:
1- Design medical FF&E planning works, supervision, procurement, installation, setting, pre-commissioning, training and operational maintenance, for the full complements of medical and non-medical furniture, fixtures, and equipment as listed in the FF&E's BOQ.
2- Submit full set of technical layouts (RLS) Layouts, Loaded Drawings, Structural Requirements, Structural calculations, MEP&ICT requirements.
3- Review and coordinate all type of others related shop drawings such as but not limited to (structural, Architectural (including internal and external doors, windows, cladding, etc.), Mechanical (plumping, HVAC, etc.) and electrical (small power layouts, Low voltage data layouts.
4- Providing FF&E structural loads (values and requirements) and shielding requirements on room by room basis, including frames walls and ceilings.

Hospital Building, Dental Clinic, Regional Health Administration and
Cantal Utility Plant.
-New Jahra Hospital is a medical complex located 30 kilometers west of Kuwait City, in Al Jahra. It consists of the Main Hospital building, Dental
Clinic, Regional Health Administration building, Central Utility Plant and two
car park buildings.
The Main Hospital building is on a 67, 000 m2 area plot, with a total area of
approximately 466, 000 m2. It has 1903 beds, includes a full range of
services and will function as a Trauma Center for the Jahra district. It is
organized around a five story atrium. Major diagnostic and treatment
programs and outpatient programs are located on the west side of the
atrium. Inpatient bed wings are 14 stories tall, located on the east side of
the atrium. Internal service corridors and bridges allow for horizontal
inpatient transfer and service functions.
-Major departments include: Accident and Emergency with Helipad on the
roof and separate Adult and Pediatric treatment areas; over 20 Outpatient
Clinics; Outpatient Procedures including Endoscopy, Pulmonary and
Cardiology; Radiology and Nuclear Medicine; Same Day Medical
observation unit; a modern Surgical suite with 20 OR’s including 2 hybrid
rooms; a Women’s Center including Women’s Inpatient beds include Adult,
Pediatric and Women’s Center beds as well as 12 unique ICU bed units.
-Dental Clinic is on a 6, 000 m2 area plot with a total build-up area of
approximately 31, 000 m2. It contains one underground level, a ground floor
and 3 stories.
*Duties:
-Coordinating with internal departments and Consultant for material approval and Procurement.
-Storing Medical Equipment under approved safety procedure.
-Coordinating with main contractor and sub-contractors. (Shop Drawings, Check lists...etc.)
-Material and site inspection with the consultant.
-Coordinating with MEP and Civil work at site.
-Monitoring the site activities for medical equipment installation.
-Carrying out handing over procedures.
*Scope of work:

7-Design, supply and installation of ICU rooms (doors and windows infection controlled)
8-Design, supply and installation of auditorium curtain walls, acoustic panels and the related furniture.
Renovation of Kuwait English School (kindergarten)
1-Coordinating with internal departments and consultant for material
and procurement as well as MIR procedures with respect to the time based
project and site progress.
2-Coordinating with Contractors with Civil, MEP & Architectural work at site.
-Resolve any kind of clashes and provide technical solutions.
-Manage all site actives.
-Check all submitted and/or received shop drawings and inspection
requests from all parties.
-Providing site daily reports with photos with record to result a proper site
monitoring
-Revising all construction and MEP&IT services requirements and reporting
the missing points
3-Supervise internal departments while executing works to meet the
approved safety procedures, shop drawings, materials and deadlines
4-attending construction and MEP&IT coordination meetings and site
progress.
5-Preparing official communications with record such as official letter,
emails and minutes of meetings.
Scope of work:
1- Full Demolishing of walls (internal and external), ceiling and flooring, taking into consideration all the safety precautions and procedures.
2- Prepare the site surveying and premeasuring for the reinstallation of the new design.
3- Quantities surveying and procurement of the needed material as per the design BOQ.
4- Installation of external, internal walls blockworks along with plastering, painting and gypsum board works
5-installation of aluminum (sliding, single door and double door) and wooden doors.
6-Design, fabrication & installation of aluminum windows.
7-Design, fabrication & installation of customized aluminum louvers fixed on curtain walls along with the needed electrical requirements fixtures.
8- Full installation of a new plumping systems, HVAC system and electrical
works.
9- Full installation of school toilets along with the related accessories
10-Fabrication and installation of external sheds and external aluminum wire mesh curtain wall.
11-Installation of false ceiling, false ceiling accessories (CCTV, Speakers, lights, etc.)

Water harvesting at the campus of Al-Aliyya Amman University"
This project is about rainwater harvesting on the campus of Al-Ahliya
Amman University utilizing of high runoff due to high slopes and high runoff
coefficient due to high usage of lands.
Main highlights of the academic project:
1-Surveying the campus of the university to determine areas of land use
and land cover
2-Estimating an IDF curve for the campus of the university to restrict the
amount of the rainwater to catch it in a storage tank or small dam.
