Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the time schedule for the implementation and delivery of materials for architecture works, coordinating with other works (construction - electricity- mechanical - sanitary - air conditioning) so that all works are completed in a perfect manner and within the time specified for each of these Activities.
• Recording and quantity surveying of the works being implemented on the site, describing them accurately and conforming to the approved specifications and plans.
• Ensuring that the samples submitted for the materials are approved and that the MIR approvals of the materials to be used are approved and matched with the approved samples by comparing them with the approved samples in the sample room in the sector.
• Follow up the issuing and closing of (inspection requests - non-conformance - tracking failures - site orders) MIR - IR - NCR's -SI by the contractor and how to respond to them and ensure that the inspection request conforms to the contract, the shop-drawings of the item and the last revision of the drawing and the contract.

• Follow-up the work of The Monthly extracts of the Aarchitectural Department with The Quantity Calculator on the site and send them to the Accounts Department
• Approval of Materials and Architectural plans from the consulting engineer
• Standing on The Initial Delivery to the main Owner and Customers of Apartment Owners
• Preparing And Reviewing Executive Drawings
• Coordination With The Engineering Departments (Construction - Electricity - Health - Air Conditioning) In Order To Control The Quality Of The Executive Drawings
• Review of Architectural Works From as built
