Duties and Responsibilities

 Oversee the implementation of electrical systems on-site, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

 Supervise site management and oversaw all electrical installation activities.

 coordinating between subcontractors and construction teams to ensure optimal resource utilization, task execution, and alignment with the project timeline and quality.

 Analyzed construction productivity and schedule performance, identifying causes of suboptimal
outcomes and implementing corrective strategies to enhance labor efficiency and meet key milestones.

 Conduct inspections to ensure proper installation and compliance with safety standards.

 Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers for submissions, approvals, and material
selection.

 Collaborate with clients and consultants by attending meetings and providing progress updates.

 Prepare reports, including progress reviews, daily updates, and handover documentation.

 Prepare invoices for all completed works on every milestone.

 Oversee the testing and final handover of electrical works to the client.

 Ensure safety measures are implemented in the project.

 Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address schedule risks and delays to ensure timely project completion and delivery.

 Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that electrical works are executed according to project plans, schedules, and budget constraints.

 Coordinate with other disciplines, such as civil, mechanical, and architectural, to ensure integration and coordination of electrical works with overall project requirements.

 Managed material logistics by ensuring the timely procurement and distribution of essential tools, equipment, and materials, liaising with procurement teams and site management to preemptively address shortages, thus maintaining project momentum and preventing delays.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Assess the cost of labor, materials, and time required for a project.

 Responsible for submission of tenders which includes finalizing technical & commercial bids in
compliance with the tender requirements for miscellaneous types of tenders for electrical and mechanical projects like commercial projects, residential buildings, high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, industrial projects, & hospitals projects, etc.

 Study, review and evaluate tender documents such as SOW, specifications, drawings, BOQs, design criteria and contract documents.

 Prepare & submit pre-bid clarifications to client.

 Prepare and send RFQs with supporting documents to suppliers.

 Follow-up to get complied quotations.

 Technical & commercial evaluation of quotations/proposals.

 Materials calculation.

 Manpower calculation and labor cost estimation.

 Co-ordination with estimation MEP team to cover all project requirements for all electrical and low current systems.

 Review & finalize technical & commercial offer.

 Ensuring all the tender requirements are fulfilled like bid bond, tender form, certificates & client’s specific requirements etc.

 Work closely with project managers, and contractors to gather detailed information.

 Present cost information to company management, clients, or project teams.

 Keep updated records of estimated and actual costs.

 Follow up, prepare all related private and public tenders including but not limited to SAM and Etimad tendering platforms.

Projects Handled:
Residential project consists of 9 villas | Sheikh Zayed City

Duties and Responsibilities

 Design and prepare the electrical drawings (shop drawing) accordance to AADC and
prepare it for approval.

 prepare all Electrical details related to the drawings.

 Deal with Contractor’s RFIs relating to the MEP works. Manage the day-to-day work of the
MEP team.

 Preparation of Material Submittal, Method Statement, according to the Project
requirements and Specifications.

 Monitor and promote health and safety on the site, Record and report any breaches to the
Project Manager.

 Prepare the MEP section of the Project Managers monthly progress report and Monitor quality of the Contractor’s construction installations.

 Involved in Technical discussion, Project meeting with Clients, MEP consultants and Main/
Sub-contractors.

 Prepare invoices for all completed works on every milestone and the variations in the project.

Projects Handled: Residential Buildings, Mosques, Hotel, Shed Storage

Duties and Responsibilities

 Managed the installation of Wet Pipe Automatic Sprinkler Systems and Fire Hose Reels
(FHC) Systems in multiple commercial and residential projects.

 Led the installation of Fire Fighting Pumps (Non-U/L & U/L systems by NAFFCO - Future).

 Installation FM200 fire suppression systems.

 Oversaw the installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems (Naffco, Codesec, Ravel).

 Collaborated with suppliers to procure materials, managed logistics, and maintained project timelines.

 Supervision of maintenance activities.

Projects Handled: High Rise Building G+3P+16 TYP Floor | Dubai | JVC

Duties and Responsibilities

 Attend regular meetings with Clients and Consultants, and keeping them informed of progress.

 Following suppliers and Local Purchase Orders.

 Preparation of Material Technical Submittals, Method Statements, and Inspection Requests for
submission to the concerned authorities.

 Preparing Load schedule, single line diagram as DEWA requirements.

 Following application, submit drawings and documents to Dubai Electricity and water Authority.

 Prepare periodic reports for management, Letters for variations.

 Responsible for daily site installation works for plumbing & water supply system.

 Supervision of Firefighting Network installation.

 Supervision of LV Panel & switchgears installation and solving problems during installation.

Projects Handled:

Residential project consists of 7 buildings (G+3) + one hotel | Ayla Golf

Duties and Responsibilities

 Preparation of monthly invoices and quotations for new projects.

 Supervision of electrical works including (lighting, switchgears, Fire alarm system and Data
system).

 Preparing shop drawings (Lighting - Power -Fire alarm - data system).

 Responsible for electrical infrastructure works including electrical works for 2 swimming pools
infinity edge, Cable laying for Low voltage network, infrastructure works for telecom network,
decorative lighting for landscapes & planters, Coordinate with Electricity Distribution Company
(EDCO) in Aqaba.

 Preparing shop drawings & as-built drawings for (Low voltage network-Telecom Network -
Swimming pools).

Projects Handled: Infrastructure Project - Installation of high mast poles (20m -25m), street light poles (12m-9m), Low voltage network, medium voltage network, Telecom Network.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Supervision of street lighting works including (installation of foundations, light Poles, Cables laying & Cables termination).

 Supervision of low voltage works including (laying cables, Cables Testing and jointing, etc.)

 Preparation of invoices for completed works at each milestone and handing over the works to
the relevant Consultant

Projects Handled: Immigrants Housing project in Jizan for King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz

Duties and Responsibilities

 Street lighting works including (installation of foundations, lighting poles, laying street
lighting cables, installation of street light panels, coordination with the Amana of Jizan city).

 Ensured works are performed in accordance with project schedule and on time.

 Handed over the completed works to the relevant consultant.

 Supervised the installation of feeder pillars and laying of low voltage cables.

 Preparation of as-built drawings.
