Construction of Royal commission public housing ( Phase 6 )
207 Villas
As a Tech. Manager I am the responsible of the followings:
- Shop drawings Submittal & Internal Coordination with all disciplines
- Materials Submittal for Arch. Items & following up with Stru, & Ele/Mech Engineers regarding their items.
- coordination with RC (client) & all related departments
- preparing Delivery schedules & POs
- preparing Construction status Logs
- modeling & presentation for all project facilities
•JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Architectural design .
• Drafting architectural shop Drawings by AutoCAD.
• Co-ordination with the site, designer offices, & the consultant .
•JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Architectural design .
• Drafting architectural Drawings for many projects by AutoCAD.
• Rendering 3d drawings by AutoCAD & 3dmax.
•JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Architectural design.
• Drafting architectural Drawings for many projects by AutoCAD.
• Arranging the necessary documents required for the projects.
