A student accommodation and facilities of 85, 780 square meters
The main challenges were the relationship with the surrounding park and heritage listed monuments, and the connection to the existing university.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Design, developing Architectural plans.
- Preparation for sketches and 3D models for visualization and material study.
- Design criteria and Project Statistics.
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis of building projects.
- Client and Sub consultant coordination and correspondence.
- Supervision for the preparation of working drawings for construction.
