Installation and maintenance of all electrical system troubleshoot of power and control circuits.
Load calculation and design of lighting, selection of cable size, breaker, testing and commissioning.
Installation and maintenance of all electrical motor (Booster, transfer pump, Submersible pump) Different type of starters of motors (DOL, Star Delta, Soft, VDF).
Test and inspect electrical systems and equipment at site
Size selection of Ups, switchgear, Transformer, Generator.
Low current (Installation Fire Alarm systems, CCTV, Public address system, Access panel).
Thermal imaging for cable, breaker, panels.
Experience of doing or managing contractors undertaking Major works.
Coordinate major maintenance and repairs as required to mechanical systems, HVAC.

In general, the duty is to undertake all necessary action and work to fulfill the scope to the full satisfaction of the client.
My responsibility of study of drawing and explain to technician, assign work to them. Installation of first and final fix of all electrical equipments.
For extra low voltage first fix of camera, speaker, telephone, smoke detectors.
Installation of first and final fix of all plumbing (Drainage and Water Services).
Installation of Fcu, Ahu, Split Units, Windows Units
MV system, power transformers, voltage cables, Protection and control systems.
Lv system including A/C and D/C utilities, Mv and LV motors, Capacitor bank for power compensation, Lighting and small power for different buildings.
UPS system for essential loads, Emergency generator system, Earthing and Lightning system.
HVAC and Plumbing system
Generate estimates and bill of material for projects, worked with local national codes(NEPA) and customer specifications to project installation.
Load calculation, cable sizing selection, voltage drop calculation.
Installation of distribution box, isolators, meters, sockets, cabling and cable routing. Testing and commissioning.
Installation of plumbing water and drainage system work.
Installation of FCU, AHU, EX.FAN, SPLIT AC.
