My responsibilities comprise of directing and managing IT functions and projects through the development of IT services. Monitor the implementation of IT projects in order to ensure cost effective and reliable IT solutions. Responsible for the day-to-day operations that includes assigning tasks, prioritizing work, resource management monitor services' performance. Define business needs to achieve organizational goals and KPIs. Prepare, control and maintain budget to align IT priorities with business priorities. Ensure that all measures and controls are in place to protect the privacy and confidentiality of data through comply with internal IT policies and procedures and the IT international standards.

As head of the information technology infrastructure section, I bear responsibility for developing individuals, discipline and resources including conducting employee assessments, setting goals, and setting key performance indicators (KPI’s). Besides all the administrative aspects of this role, I am responsible for providing Tier 3 and Tier 4 technical support which in turn helped my team meet the Service Level Agreement where resources and schedules are limited.

Report to the IT Controller. I was responsible for working closely with IT controller (head of IT department) to maintain and administer the IT infrastructure to ensure support and administrative functions are completed accurately on timely manner. I was responsible for implement, install, upgrade, maintain & troubleshoot of IT systems. This also includes server provisioning, and testing new services. I was responsible for managing IT assets and software metering.

• Administer, manage and maintain disaster recovery site to ensure the availability of services when needed.

• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for the customers to hardware and windows.
• Troubleshoot; hardware problems, operating system configuration problems and applications/services-related problems.

• Prepare and install exchange server.
• Prepare and install backup solution.
