As an experienced Senior System Administrator with 10 years of expertise in various technologies such as Azure Cloud Administration, Windows Server Administration, Office365 and Networking, I have provided technical support to employees while managing IT environments in various organizations. At present, I lead a team of 9 IT members and manage 7 schools across UAE as a Senior Systems Engineer at Bloom Education. I possess proficiency in managing diverse technologies such as Email Security, Backup and Recovery, Networking, and Virtualization, including Microsoft Intune, Cisco Call Manager, End-Point Detection Response, CyberArk SSO/MFA/PAM, Network Monitoring, and BYOD Management. As a System Administrator, I was responsible for managing the company's IT environment, including configuring and managing Windows server administration, monitoring servers and applications, handling backups and restores, troubleshooting end-user issues, and configuring network printers, scanners, and wireless access points. I also successfully completed several projects, including merging the network with the parent company, migrating on-premises production servers to DU Private Cloud, implementing a Privileged Access Management solution, virtualizing on-premises production servers using Hyper-V and VMware, and setting up a new data center at a new office location.
Configuration of the networking devices (Cisco Router, Switches) co-ordinating with the System/Network administrator during implementation
Responsible of Maintaining network operation and software application.
Office 365 Administrator for the company’s emails, Configure Outlook 2013 on all the employees’ laptops and desktops.
Takes Backups of Company’s data on weekly basis, Also Backups Office 365 emails backup.
Ensure all Software license expiration date and updates in time..
Maintenances of CCTV Cameras, Access Control, Fingerprint Reader of the company.
Taking regular backup of Employees Attendance from the Fingerprint Reader’s Time and Attendance Software.
Manage Wireless Shared Folder for the company, make sure it is available all the time & accessible to all.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Computer Hardware & Network Problems.
Responsible for the company LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking.
Installing, configuring and Troubleshooting Shared and Network Printers, Scanners, Projectors.
Laptop repairing, Installation of Operating Systems like Windows 10, Widows 8.1.
Manage and support NAS (Network Attached Storage) Device
