 Responsible for the day to day IT requirements  Reporting to the GM - IT  Manage & administer Domain Controllers, Email server, Outlook clients,  Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair.  Performing routine audits of systems and software.  Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & SLA.  Creating Purchase order (PO & GRN for IT related Hardware and Services  Writing documentation, maintaining documentation for all the changes regarding users, functions & systems.  Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems while maintaining minimal system outages.  Installing Configuring Local Printers and Network Printers  Print management (printing, pooling, priority, availability)
