●Prepared product related documents such are: - RA (Risk assessment), MCP
(manufacturing control plan), CCP (critical check point), PFD (process flow
diagram), MVs (Manufacturing variability) and CAPA if any complaint and Final
inspection failure.
● Responsible for Pilot run, initial, inline, Final Inspection.
●Hardline In-house Lab Incharge conduct internal testing.
●Nominated QC for H&M, Action, Ikea, Walmart buyers.

• Internal inspection for buyer.
• Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting
visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to
production department
• Responsible for finishes (EPL, Powder coating and Electroplating)
• Responsible for Waste Water Management (ETP, STP)

• Responsible for Testing.
• Responsible for to Assist Head of Lab.
