Receiving and registering the enquiries direct from customers & Sales team.
 Properly analyzing the specifications, understanding the requirement and deciding the optimum way to proceed with the selections.
 Preparing technical & commercial offers.
 Follow up of quotations from commercial and technical point of view and to maintain track record of all the quotations
 Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
 Selection of equipment’s such as Chillers, FAHUs/AHUs and fan coil units.
 Selection of Unitary and roof top package units for DX application.
 Preparing compliance statement and complete submittal as per project requirement.
 Reviewing the Letter of intents (LOI) and pushing for the amendments as per the standard clause agreed
 Preparation of Sales order confirmation (SOC) on receipt of orders.
 Coordinate with production team and contractor to ensure and fulfill order execution.
 Follow up on delivery schedules and communicating with the contractors.
 Follow up on the payments to be received.
 Preparing weekly and monthly reports and reporting it to head of the department.
 Meeting consultants/contractors for all sales support activities and to provide them with the technical solutions based on their varying requirements
 Delivering technical presentations explaining products & services to customers.
 Develop strong customer relationships, gather information, and update data attributes in workflow.

• Heat load calculation after building survey using ASHRAE standards by E-20 and by HAP software
• Selection of Equipment’s based on the Heat load Calculation
• Complete design of A/C space with co-ordination with Architects/Clients
• Duct design using McQuay / Duct Sizer following SMACNA standards
• Selection of diffusers, grilles etc. (Using Beta Software)
• Static Pressure Head calculation for the selection of AHU Fan capacity
• Pipe Design using Pipe sizer and Pump Head Calculation using Excel sheet method
• Preparing the Schematic drawing for the HVAC System
• Preparing the Bill of Quantity and Estimates.
• Site Execution and supervision of works
• Material inspection as per approved material submittal before installation
• Site Work Inspection as per approved shop drawing
