Major Projects:
• RAPID Pengerang - Package 3 & DHT Rebuild Unit - USD 110 mil
• RAPID Pengerang - Package 2 - CDU, ARDS & HCDU Unit - USD 1.40 Bil Key Deliverables:
• Strategic Planning: Play a key role in strategic planning regarding contract management, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of existing contracts, ensuring that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreements.
• Contract Development & Negotiation: Lead the drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of contracts including purchase agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and service agreements.
• Contract Renewal & Termination: Manage the renewal and termination processes for contracts, including conducting analysis to determine the feasibility of renewals.

• Issue Resolution: Objectively review and resolve contractual issues, including change orders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, including financial, legal, and reputational risks. Implement risk management strategies to protect the organization.
• Pre & Post Contract Management: Responsible for preparing tenders, estimating costs, negotiating terms, and drafting contracts. Ensure compliance with the contract terms, managing changes, resolving disputes, and maintaining relationships between all parties.
• Extension of Time Analysis: Evaluate the reasons for project delays and determine if they warrant an extension of time under the contract terms. Analyze project schedules, delays, and impacts to provide a fair assessment and recommendation for extensions.
• Global/Commercial Settlement: Negotiate and resolve commercial issues, including final account settlements, on a global scale. Work with stakeholders to ensure agreements are fair, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Arbitration: Facilitate the resolution of contract disputes through arbitration rather than litigation.
• Contract Close-out & Final Settlement: Oversee the process of completing all contract obligations and ensuring all parties are satisfied. Manage the final settlement of accounts, including any claims or disputes, to formally close the contract.
• Procurement & Expediting: Lead the acquisition of goods and services, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Expedite orders and deliveries to meet project timelines, ensuring the right materials arrive at the right time.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the contracts performance to ensure that contractual commitments are being met by all parties.
• Change Orders Management: Develop and review change order packages and negotiation strategies. Participate in negotiation meetings for all change orders.
• Project Contract Management: Create and review various types of project contracts and amendments. Administer contracts and ensure project compliance with terms and conditions.
• Performance Assessment: Oversee supplier/contractor performance evaluations.
• Contract Consulting: Deliver contracting consultations to project teams for issue resolution.
• Agreements: Create and review agreements/MOUs with external parties and potential JVs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various internal departments (such as legal, finance, and operations) and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are fair and beneficial.
• Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes and maintain compliance with the laws and regulations impacting contract management and ensure all contracts are compliant.
• Team Leadership: Lead the teams for managing the contractual matters throughout the organization with accuracy & integrity.
