• Responsible for managing and maintaining heavy duty trucks 150 (Mercedes Actross, Volvo and Man) and 150 trailers (flat bed, low bed, sitara, Tanker)
• Diagnoses of truck failures by using computer tool.
• Estimation of maintenance costs
• Assessing the needs of equipment replacements, spare parts
• Assessment of the required tools for the maintenance of the equipment
• Responsible for monitoring preventive maintenance
• Responsible for monitoring an inventory for the requirement of the supplies and spare parts
• Managing the workshop with Oracle Enterprise Asset Management
• Play key person role between IT department and Workshop management
• Supervising and monitoring of the workers
• Responsibility to assign the work to the employee.
Prepare the concept and planning of the part according to the specification.
Co-ordinate with the development engineering and production dept. about the concept.
Develop the part as per drawing, routing and sample.
Analyze the design to meet key technical requirement feasibility of the part analyze the cost and to reduce the design risk and cost.
Do the value engineering in the part to minimize the cost of part.
Develop the part as per specification given by the costumer like by drawing, by sample or by routing.
Good knowledge of drawings.
Inspection of the part according the drawing.
Making of PPAP DOCUMENTS.
Customer interaction and short out the problem at the time of fitment.
