• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Witness and verify protection results, major equipment (power transformer up to 30MVA, switchgears GIS, AIS, Vacuum and RMU and cables XLPE, PILC, PVC, bare wire).
• Ensure project completion as per target date. Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with relevant parties for smooth project implementation.
• Verify and attest supplier invoices and assist the manager in calculating project management total cost for tenders and bids.
• Enforce Safety policy by make sure staff using safety harness and correct tools for specific operation. A “Tool Box Talk” for site briefing mainly for safety point of view, review RAM as target, ensure ALARP and implement FRACAS process.
• Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software (SCADA and SAP).

• Initiate projects for existing power cable diversion road widening or upgrade by local authority
• Strength of existing underground cable and major equipment via various of tests. Such as Very Low Frequency (VLF) injection test, Ultrasound test, Thermo-scanning test, On-line Partial Discharge test, Megger and visual inspection.
• Initiate preventive and routine maintenance work for underground cable total length of 700km with a capacity of 20 manpower.

Study drawing (single line + site plan) with consultant regarding cable route, maximum demand (MW) and future electricity load. Study load flow analysis ensuring feedback source available if tripping occur into the system. Monitor 11kV system synchronizing by doing system improvement to become as ring system. Prepare budget for present and future project with two different categories (capital budget and operational budget). Capital budget is plan project such as new project. While operational budget is for breakdown budget utilization.
