*Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
*Participate in performance evaluation of finance staff and conduct counseling sessions to identify skill development needs.
*Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
*Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
*Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
*Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about latest industry trends.
*Prepare Quarterly and annually financial statements for the parent company and two subsidiaries.
*Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
*Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
*Prepare monthly consolidated report.
*Prepare monthly segment report.
*Check and review monthly and quarterly and Semiannually and annually (Stand Alone & Consolidated) Central bank Reports.
*Check and review the management reports.
*Check and review Capital Markets Authority reports.
*Prepare tax reports for the ministry of finance.
*Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes.
*Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
*Carry out the functions of finance manager during his vacation.
*Implementing improvements in current financial processes.
*Reviewing transactions to ensure proper accounting with established standards.
Month end closing and analyze vehicle stock books,
Profit / loss Account .
*Monthly-New/used Vehicle Sales Profit analyze and
Vehicle stock book Management.
*Loans & LC follow up.
*Banks Reconciliation.
*Preparation of checks payment vouchers
*Payroll-checking and follow up.
*Cost sheet preparation for vehicles & spare parts.
*Assets - administration (Add and modify vehicles into
Assets & dispose vehicles from assets & Month end
Check up assets and run the depreciation.
*Daily watching fund position at banks.
*Accounts book maintain.
*Monitoring and reconciliation of Cash & debtor &
Creditor Accounts.
*Invoicing all kind of Spare parts, Service, Sales
Invoices.
*Prepare the Daily Receivables & Payables Report.
*Month end journals and other related work as
Advised by the Finance Manager.
*Handling Insurance Accounts (Vehicles, building, life,
Marine insurance) for the group (NGT &
Hertz & AEG).
*Sole Responsibility of writing the books of one
Company in the group, monitoring all accounting
Activities for the same .The said company deals in
Vehicles, heavy duty spare parts, garage, body shop,
Pre delivery Inspection Center and other such
Activities related to the Automobile Industry
(Arabian Eastern Group).
*Inter Company Accounts of the Group (NGT -Hyundai
Hertz- for rent vehicles & AEG-heavy duty and china
Vehicles).
