-Estimation for Hollow Metal Doors and Hardware.
-Managing the Section of Hollow Metal.
-Dealing with Clients for approval of Shop Drawing, Submittals, Compliance & Hardware.
-Cost and Profit will be finalized and decided for further negotiations.
-Technical Meetings with clients to enhance their problems
-Proposing Hardware in ANSI or BSEN range as per client requirements.
-Purchasing Hardware material from Local Market for any urgent requirement.
-Clarifying Technical Details about the products to Clients and suppliers in KSA market.
-Research and Development of the products to comply with International Standards,
-Ensuring the details of the products complies with the project specification.
-Multiple tasks in terms of Steel Door and Wooden Doors.
-Minimal period for Estimation of Steel and Wooden Doors.
-Cost controlling of products to ensure the projects are in profitable scale.
-Proposing and Finalizing Quotation for Door Hardware of ASSA ABLOY Brand with European (BSEN), American (ANSI) Standards, Glass or Patch Fittings and Aperio Access Control Locks
-Preparation of Compliance Sheets and Submittals to ensure the Project Specifications arecompliance all the standards.
-Under supervision of Country Managers and Products Managers to avoid any misleads in theterms of Quoting and equivalents products to the clients.
1. Define the procedures of Hardware quotation, Schedule, sample & technical submittal for approval for the product that we deal like hinges, Lever handles, Mortise locks, cylinders, Panic devices, Over Head Door Closers, Floor Closers, and Accessories related to door hardware Systems.
2. Evaluate new product initiatives from a technical perspective and facilitate launch of the same, play a key role in identification, pre-sales and delivery of large and strategic projects and plan the continuous up gradation of skill and knowledge.
3. Ensure that all products meet the project quality standards.
4. Interacting with Consultants and door suppliers on all technical issues and communicate related changes that take place during the execution of the project.
5. Build a sound technical support/service team in each location in order to minimize response time to customer queries and complaints
6. Working with Architects/contractors planning the suitable products either it is Ironmongeries or Automatics for projects.
7. Providing product specification & giving technical support of product.
8. Oversee and assist all daily activities including opening and closing functions and customer service.
9. Coordination with project management team, sales team and site team for proper execution of project.
Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery, using computer-assisted equipment
