To maintain spare inventory according to requirements.
To get AMC payments from customers.
Monitoring of spare parts consumption and Inventory.
To install, Calibrate and Commissioning of Currency Automation Banknote processing sorting machines.
To resolve hardware and software related issues in Currency Automation machines.
To troubleshoot and resolve the Electronic, Mechanical and software related faults in the currency automation machines at customer end.
To do corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance of currency automation machines at customer end.
To provide the training, presentation and demonstration of machines to customer.
To maintain spare inventory according to requirements.
To get AMC payments from customers.
Monitoring of spare parts consumption and Inventory.
• Handling whole process of production line to achieve production target with good quality.
• Applying 5 S, 3 R and KIEZEN on production line.
• Documentation work of production.
• Process component inspection according to BOM report.
Supervision of operators and manpower of production line.
