Primary task and responsibilities:

• Insatalling VPN and other desktop software’s.
• Removing Virus like Crypto Locker and recovering data.
• Installation, Managing, Hardening and troubleshooting in windows.
• Mange and Troubleshooting WAN and LAN( Like configuration issue and connectivity issue)
• Mange Java issues related to applications like ETMF, Pfizer etc.
• Perform Day to day Operations for Creating users, Deleting users, managing Mailboxes, Assigning Mailbox size, Disk Quotes etc.


 Ensuring that staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational hours by managing shift staffing schedules, etc.
 Undertaking HR activities as needed
 Representing the Remote desktop support at meetings
 Arranging staff training and awareness sessions
 Sending various reports for RDS.
 Handling Escalations.
 Performing briefings to RDS staff on changes or deployments that may affect volumes at the Service Desk
 Managing the team of Remote Desktop Support.
 Training given to RDS team on weekly basis on issues they handle on daily basis.
 Implementing new process like Adhoc Request.
 Plans to reduce RDS daily Ageing.
 Pulling up report for daily Ageing and resolved.
 R&R awards for the team.
 Working on escalated incidents by the team.
