• Configuring the Cisco Core LAN Switch and Cisco Router as per our Network Requirements.
• Configuring the Local User Names & Passwords for AUX & Virtual Terminal, VLANs, Access Ports, Trunk Ports, ACLs.
Installation of OS, application software, deployment of software, disk quota management, installation and configuration of hardware devices, managing system updates and printers, working with domain accounts, local accounts, network shares and permissions, restoring data and scheduling backups, system failure troubleshooting, monitoring performance. Creating the user profiles on Active Directory as per the user requirement.
I used to work on ACTIVE DIRECTORY and EXCHANGE SERVER creating users, creating user email accounts on exchange server, exchange users email backup (.pst files), group policy management
• Trouble shooting the TCP/IP Connectivity problems between Workstations.
• Establishing with different operating systems clients (Win95, 98, XP, Vista, Win 7, NetWareclients etc).
• Checking network and system performance every week on Windows Server 2003 & Server 2008 for memory and CPU.
• Responsible for allotting TCP/IP address to each computer on network and setup DHCP server for Clients (win95, 98, XP, Vista and NT WKS).
• Setup server, workstation and Network Service Hardware and Software.
• Establishing personal and shared network storage for data and application files.
• Setup workstations for automatic connection to the network.
• Organizing and configuring network resources.
• Establish and maintain Network Security System.

• Tuning the server’s for optimum performance.
