Mohd Khairul Md Isa

• Responsible for onsite planning, commissioning, and all other technical aspects of health,
safety, environment and radiation technical services to support activities at offshore &
onshore worksite.
• Perform site HSE and radiation safety audit and workplace inspections.
• Ensure job procedures, JHA and JMS are fully understood and properly applied by working
personnel.
• Perform HSE yearly audit for Health and Safety Environment Management System (HSEMS)
and Radiation Safety Management System (RMS) for the company.
• Perform Toolbox Meeting and HSE induction to company workers.
• Ensure company operation and service is complied with local laws and regulations.
• Responsible to maintain company documentation and compliance to ISO standard
certification and management system such as, laboratory ISO17025 and Health, Safety and
Environment Management System (HSE-MS), Radiation Management System (RMS) and
ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Responsible to prepare and update radiation protection program as instructed by Malaysia
Department of Atomic Energy.
• To lead program planning and emergency preparedness for example mockup HSE and
radiation emergency response plan.
• To lead radiation and HSE accident and incident and investigation process and reporting to
client and local authorities.
• To coordinate a site HSE coordinator to identify and analyze the HSE and radiological hazards
in company and client work area.
• Manage to implement a calibration of radiation monitoring equipment and maintenance of
the radiation equipment.
• Manage to plan radioactive waste transport and disposal according to Malaysia Department
of Atomic Energy approval.
• Responsible for set up a medical surveillance program for company workers.
• Identify the needs and level of training of HSE and radiation protection for all workers.
• Coordinate to classify and label the work area in accordance with Regulation - Regulation of
the Atomic Energy Licensing (Basic Safety Radiation Protection), 2010.
• To lead an implementation of radiation dose accumulation records for personnel and work
area monitoring program in company and client premises.
• To coordinate in ensuring radiation protection equipment is in good condition and are
regularly used by employees.
• To ensure that recruitment, dismissal, and retirement of radiation workers are in compliance
with the procedures established by the Malaysia Department of Atomic Energy.
• Responsible to manage HSE compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
• To ensure HSE regulation and safe working practices in the company premises is according
to lates legislation practices.
• To lead a delivery of Project or Contract HSE Plan in accordance to client safety management
system.
• To lead and setup company radiation and HSE campaign to increase awareness among
workers.

• Responsible to carry out NORM radiological and environmental monitoring and sampling
involving air, water, soil, sludge, sand, outdoor and indoor gases, radon and thoron gases
parameters in offshore and onshore crude oil and LNG platform and process plant at
Exxonmobil, Hess, Newfield,
Alam Sdn. Bhd. Minerals Sdn. Bhd oil and gas upstream and downstream premises.
• Liase with client onsite and responsible for company representative through onsite offsite
reporting.
• Responsible for preparing a sampling and monitoring report and presenting to company
clients.
