Scope of work: MEP works of designing and installation for a residential tower.
Project 05: G+1-20 Villas, Al Barsha, Dubai.
Reporting to: Project Engineer.
Scope of work: Installation of plumbing services in G+1 Villas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
In Design and Drafting team, designed and drafted shop drawings as per authority rules and regulation
for consultant approval.
As a Quantity Surveyor, handled all subcontractor payment claims, quantity take-offs, monthly cost
reporting, client valuations, project budget forecasting, drawing up contract documents, value
engineering, procurement of materials and equipment, subcontractor account closeout, project
feasibility reports, and costing of change orders.
As an Estimating Coordinator, handled digital take-offs, pricing tenders, price resourcing, site walks for
evaluation, and procurement of materials. Attending technical meetings with clients and
subcontractors.
As a Mechanical Site Engineer, analyzed all Change Orders and RFIs, surveyed all quantities, ensured
that correct installation practices are followed as per approved drawings and material approvals,
verified rates and prices, take-offs, reviewed payment applications, and negotiated.

Reporting to: Sr MEP Engineer.
Scope of work: MEP works of designing, installation and submission floor wise for a high rise building.
Project 02: Cyient, NSL SEZ ARENA, 10th floor Hyderabad- 500039, India.
Reporting to: Sr MEP Engineer.
Scope of work: MEP works designing and installation for the 11th floor.
Responsibilities included :
Designing and verifying the design drawings and equipment issued by the consultant.
Notifying and clarifying discrepancies in design with the consultant and client before the order of material and start of construction.
Technical Query/Request for Information.
Interaction with Consultant for MEP coordination with civil works.
Attending technical meetings with clients and subcontractors.
Ensuring that correct installation practices are followed as per approved drawings and material approvals.
Arrange for the material and necessary manpower well in advance.
Verifying the quantity takeoff of the materials taken by the subordinates.
Scheduling Material/Drawing submissions and obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
Monitor consumption of material with respect to the ordered materials.
Checking the resource utilization in coordination with the supervisor of each activity and comparing the same with estimated labor hours.
Preparing regular progress reports and submitting to the Seniors and Project Manager.
To make sure that there are zero safety violation by team members, in terms of PPE and works carried out at the site in coordination with the safety officer.
Project: Quantity Survey completed in High Rise Building on “AIR COOLED CHILLER 1200 TR"
