" Responsible for handling independently entire Accounting functions of the company.
" Creating salary files and creating SIF file (WPS)
" Preparing the Bank Reconciliation statements.
" Coordinating with bank for new account opening for Salary processing
" Handling Petty Cash and report to the management for approval.
" Preparing payroll, staff attendance, leave schedules and settlements of the Employees.
" Preparing ageing receivable and payables and follow up on accounts receivables.
" Arranging and processing the payment to supplier at right time after obtaining all approval.
" Preparation of Quarterly Financial Reports.
" Preparation of Trail Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
" Preparing for implementing and following up with the internal control procedures
