Managed and coordinate of Transportation & Installation of FSU Nautica Muar from Johor port to Bentara Field in 2017. Appointed as Operations Person In-Charge between Onshore Project Management Team & Offshore Operations with regards to vessel readiness prior to mobilization to site.

Team member of Technical & Commercial Evaluation for FSU Nautica Muar Transportation & Installation contract.

Managed and coordinate of Relocation (Demobilization & Installation) of FPSO MAMPU1 from Anjung Kecil to Bentara Field in 2021 as part of Hummingbird Concept in Vestigo Marginal Operations Philosophy. Appointed as Operations Person In-Charge between Onshore Project Management Team & Offshore Operations with regards to vessel readiness prior to relocation.

Coordinate several meeting with CLASS (Bureau Veritas) and Malaysia Marine Department (MMD).

Manage and coordinate production, maintenance and asset integrity activities for 3 platforms and 3 FPSOs; FPSO MaMPU-1 (Anjung Kecil), FPSO Nautica Muar (Bentara), and FPSO MTC Ledang (Kayu Manis) with total production of 13, 000 bopd.

Work cross-functionally with project & sub-surface team for facilities commissioning and start-up for first oil (FPSO and WHP). Kayu Manis South East successfully achieved first oil in January 2019 with production approx. 2500 bopd for Extended Well Test program.

Perform daily well-by-well production performance monitoring and conduct FPSO’s process optimization. Liaise and discuss with reservoir management team for maximizing production and liaise with O&M contractor for optimizing facilities (FPSO and WHP). Analyze and identify production problem by root cause analysis at FPSO & WHP. Spearhead implementation of way forward from the root cause analysis.

Liaise closely with procurement team for early stage of production for developing contract to support offshore team in order to optimize facilities as par as other world-class operator.

Review facilities Guideline, Manual and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), prior to commissioning, start-up and during operation phase for FPSO and WHP.

Team member for both FPSO MTC Ledang and KMSE WHP for facilities mothballing, well P&A and decommissioning plan.

Weekly meeting with project team for Anjung Kecil Infill Drilling campaign. 3 new wells occupied with new Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) which require major modification of FPSO & WHP.

Anjung Kecil Field
I. Monitor and support production operations of Anjung Kecil with the production
capability of 8, 000 bbls/day.
II. Provide technical supports for day to day operations for offshore facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations in accordance to design parameters; production rate is optimized within the existing constraints without compromising to personnel safety and facilities integrity.
III. Managing O&M contractor (MTCE Sdn Bhd) directly in planning and execution works.
IV. Leading O&M Contractor to develop Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
V. Ensure effective implementation and full compliance of Management of Change (MOC) procedure to ensure all facilities modifications and changes are documented, reviewed and updated.
VI. Involve in various risk assessment activities for modification, major activities & temporary changes.
VII. Liaise and coordinate with the HSE Coordinator to ensure all HSE requirements are fully met and complied.
VIII. Involve in planning and preparation of Work Program & Budget (WP&B) for the specific field operation prior to submission to PETRONAS.
IX. Review scope of work for operations contract, liaise with Procurement Department in preparing bid submissions and evaluations, and raise orders for procurement of materials and services for offshore facilities.
X. Managing offloading activities; tanker planning, prepare production skew, and handling protest of claims during offtake.
XI. Involve in daily & offtake logistic planning .
XII. Liaise with PETRONAS in reporting of any production deferment.
XIII. Being as roving CSR for Anjung Kecil in the event permanent CSR on board is on leave or on job training.


Tembikai Oil Field
I. Involve in preparing the scope of work for Tembikai Oil Operation Readiness Assurance (ORA).
II. Involve in preparing the scope of work for HSE Case.
III. Preparing the scope of work for FSU Nautica Tembikai & Tembikai Oil Centralize Processing Platform (CPP) Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract.
IV. Operation representative for Tembikai Oil pre-commissioning job.
V. Involve in Tembikai Oil Centralize Processing Platform (CPP) design review and provide input on behalf of operation.

iv. Heavily involve in design review in converting N.Lukut Drilling Platform into SIPROD mode prior to Infill Drilling Program. Coordinate the conversion job and prepare all related technical documentations.
v. Leading Facility Improvement Proposal (FIP) study to troubleshoot process related issues such as process debottlenecking, produced water system, flare system, waxy crude etc.
vi. Prepare and develop the Scale Management Program to mitigate the scale problem inclusive of chemical treatment program, field data monitoring, laboratory evaluation tests, data interpretation and other inspection programs.
vii. Review the recommendations for process changes and optimization; and execute the changes where practical via MOC process.

i. Support the production operations of Abu Cluster with the production capability of 9, 000bbl/day.
ii. Managing the reliability & the integrity of the overall production facilities.
iii. Supervising and coordinating project execution i.e. topside maintenance, drilling operations, retrofit works etc.
iv. Exposed to the challenges in handling high waxy crude.
v. Ensure HSE compliances and safe execution of all work at site. Manage HSE Plan implementation.
vi. Involve in Ariel Gaslift Compressor Commissioning.
viii. Involve in Manuli Hose installation as interim solution prior waiting for FSO riser replacement.

Position : Maintenance Supervisor MASA (attachment)
i. Coordinating and supervising the works done on PM by technicians for fire water pumps, bruckers, crane, FGS, etc. while ensuring completeness of jobs in a timely manner.
ii. Carrying out necessary audits e.g. PGI, PTW audit, MOC audit, HSEMS audit, hygiene check, etc.
iii. Read handover/crew change notes and spot check all discipline handover notebook.
