Maintenance Planning:
•Create detailed maintenance schedule of multi-discipline maintenance activities within the approved schedule and budget.

•Managing erection and site construction Steam Methane Reformer (SMR), SCD and HTF Furnace Radiation & convection tubes, air pre-heater, air ducts and supporting structural, hydro-testing of tubes and refractory “castable” and modules lining
•Columns: Atmospheric, pressure, vacuum distillation columns,
•Heat Exchangers: Shell and tube, double pipe heat exchangers, air fin Coolers, Plate type exchangers (PHE) and Re boilers, fixed tube, Floating Head
•SPARE PARTS REVIEW (Material)
•Review of all Assets to decide if spare parts required or not. May need to consult with Discipline engineer or AMC
•Review of existing Spare Parts from Oracle EAM vs. Drawings/OEM Manual/SPIR and cross-checking against the non-moved stocks list
•Physical checking of stock in Warehouse (Specifications/Description/part number/Condition)
•Validation of BOM/Specs/Quantity/Min/Max level by Discipline Engineer and creation of SPF (stock proposal form) as required
•Final review and validation of Min/Max by CPL
•Finalize creation of material and submit for upload in EAM.
•Link the newly created material to the respective equipment
•Support and Coordinate with maintenance and shutdown team and assist to reserve the required spare parts
•Follow and prepare the Non-moving items by equipment wise, discuss with discipline engineer, if Spares not required, have to write off.
•Conduct meeting with engineering and warehouse department to make sure correct min/max levels and correct quantity, critical spares are maintained or not.
•Prepare and update the weekly and monthly progress report for bar chart and S-curve and submit to all relevant engineer and Maintenance manager.
•COST CONTROL:
•Monitoring cost control activities and project progress
•Calculating project cost and negotiating price with vendors and subcontractors
