Key Result Areas:
Maintenance Planning:
•Create detailed maintenance schedule of multi-discipline maintenance activities within the approved schedule and budget.
•Determine detailed requirements for manpower, estimates man hours, material and special support services such as scaffolding, insulation, cranes, forklifts etc. For each job
•Reviews work request for accuracy and clarity, clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead times and correct equipment identification.
•Communicates with concerned Scheduler, Maintenance Coordinator, Inspection Engineer and Maintenance Engineer to provide daily feedback on the work requests received and processed.
•Follow up with ware house supervisor for materials availability. In case of non-availability of spares, informs concerned Supervisor/Engineer and Ware house to expedite action.
•Plan all Shutdown opportunity jobs received, updated and ready for execution at any immediate opportunity or during unit Shut down time.
•Monitor & updating of daily activity schedule (YTT).
•Preparation of monthly/weekly KPI (PM/CM Compliance).
•Logistical co-ordination (Material available on site, special equipment’s, special resources, tools)
•Attend and contribute to the daily maintenance-operation meeting and follow up the established actions.
•Prepare weekly schedule from planned work orders (CM/PM)
•Communicate and follow up with maintenance supervisor to determine progress for each schedule
•Create Emergency and Corrective Work Orders if need.
•Work Order Confirmations and Work Order Closure as per dept. KPI’s.
•Managing scheduling of four week look ahead schedules of preventative maintenance work and corrective work using SAP GWOS
•Formulating emergency and corrective work orders and checking reserve material requirements

•Planning Engineer (TAR/SD):

•Assessing Shutdown scope and finalize within maintenance dept. attend meetings during scope definition phase
•Managing Task list reviews and update of activities in SAP of define scope and conducted onsite visits of equipment
•Streamlining equipment Work Pack preparations and compiling of all required documents (Data sheet, Source Doc, Process Flow Diagrams, Isometric diagram)
•Co-ordinating with Contract Service persons to ensure required PR and Purchase orders are in place
•Finalizing Schedules and Resources during Final Readiness Review Phase
•Executing Shutdowns (Total Facility Shutdown)
•Managing post shutdown activities: closing of work orders, purchase orders and Cost Settlements
•Input equipment history in the Notification after the job has been completed. Input of actual man-hours spent on the job into the Work Order. Populate Purchase Orders (PO) with Service Entries (SE)
•Set Partial confirmation (PCNF) for the activity operation in the Work Order when the job has started
•Set Confirmation (CNF) for the activity operation in the Work Order when the job is completed
•Prepare all activities under the Work Centres and Planner Group for the respective area of operation
•Checking Rotary Equipment such as pumps, air fin fan coolers, blowers, erection, alignment and experience in all kind maintenance activities like schedule, preventive and breakdown maintenance
•Assessing:
•Loop checking - lines as per P&ID diagrams
•Line flushing - as per the service (air, water, and N2 purging)
•Managing erection and site construction Steam Methane Reformer (SMR), SCD and HTF Furnace Radiation & convection tubes, air pre-heater, air ducts and supporting structural, hydro-testing of tubes and refractory “castable” and modules lining
•Columns: Atmospheric, pressure, vacuum distillation columns,
•Heat Exchangers: Shell and tube, double pipe heat exchangers, air fin Coolers, Plate type exchangers (PHE) and Re boilers, fixed tube, Floating Head

•SPARE PARTS REVIEW (Material)
•Review of all Assets to decide if spare parts required or not. May need to consult with Discipline engineer or AMC

•Review of existing Spare Parts from Oracle EAM vs. Drawings/OEM Manual/SPIR and cross-checking against the non-moved stocks list

•Physical checking of stock in Warehouse (Specifications/Description/part number/Condition)

•Validation of BOM/Specs/Quantity/Min/Max level by Discipline Engineer and creation of SPF (stock proposal form) as required

•Final review and validation of Min/Max by CPL

•Finalize creation of material and submit for upload in EAM.
•Link the newly created material to the respective equipment

•Support and Coordinate with maintenance and shutdown team and assist to reserve the required spare parts

•Follow and prepare the Non-moving items by equipment wise, discuss with discipline engineer, if Spares not required, have to write off.

•Conduct meeting with engineering and warehouse department to make sure correct min/max levels and correct quantity, critical spares are maintained or not.

•Prepare and update the weekly and monthly progress report for bar chart and S-curve and submit to all relevant engineer and Maintenance manager.

•COST CONTROL:
•Monitoring cost control activities and project progress
•Calculating project cost and negotiating price with vendors and subcontractors
•Establishing, maintaining, and controlling project budgets, including overall cost control
•Preparing weekly and monthly expenditure forecast and estimating project profitability
•Generating, reviewing and analysing progress reports and prepare plan and actual cost compare with EFC.
•Planning work within man-hour budget and schedule
•Determine the cost per unit and compare it with company's expected profit
•Track the expenses incurred on running the organization and prepare dashboard cost report.
