• Follow on diplomatic relations between the embassy & the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Communicating with other diplomatic missions & embassies for internal relations cooperation.
• Reporting security incidents related to the country or neighboring countries.
• Follow up procedures for new incoming diplomats' requirements with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Min of Labor, Airport authorities, and Customs & Borders.
• Follow up on the embassy shipments clearance process & documents with Customs Department.
• Follow up on residency & accreditation paperwork & documents for new incoming diplomats.
• Keep the embassy up-to-date with all new internal regulations.
• Acting as a coordination point among the embassy & other diplomatic missions.
• Follow up & secure diplomatic visit visas for incoming and outgoing diplomats & delegations & VIP visits.
• Acting as a focal point of contact for the embassy with the local community associations.
• Managing the embassy fleet, reception area, HR office, & the Protocol Office Team members.
• Member of the embassy crisis team during the Corona Pandemic.
• Member of the embassy Internal Investigation Team for internal incidents.
