Responsible for the sale of the entire Product and Service portfolio of MJINFOTECH to clients across the region, directly and through partners, develop strong, close, long-term business relationships with key customer accounts and channel partnership, influence both to work with us as a key supplier for IT infrastructure products and services
• Managed the entire sales cycle, sales planning and provide accurate forecasting
• Ensure the company's sales targets and objectives are achieved and meeting all deliverables within tight timelines.
• Build appropriate pipelines to achieve sales targets for the coming four quarters
• Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the buying process
• Selling complete range of products that existed in company’s profile and manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
• Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationship
Responsible for design, management an Implementation of the IT Infrastructure environment for the premises, data center, network and systems
Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership, consulting, direction and assistance to systems analysis, systems engineer & systems architect
• Design and Deploy Security Policies to reach maximum protection from security threats at Edge Firewalls to Datacenter Firewalls
• Plans and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate leadership.
• Holds responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.
Champions change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.
Teamwork
• Ensuring effective implementation of IT hardware, Software and Network Devices including installation, maintenance and security standards, liaising with vendors, end-users to ensure any modification, replacement, re-installation and upgrading of the IT facilities keeping the productivity downtime low
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the vendor, distributor and the sales team
• Assisted in the development of 4 core service offerings: Infrastructure Deployment, Network Assessment,
• Network Design and Implementation, and Carrier Selection.
• Performed Project Management duties in various stages of life cycles on client projects
• Performed Network Assessments, Network Redesign/Design, as well as Network Management for clients
• Provided consulting to customers for carrier selection, Infrastructure deployment as well as white papers to support recommendations to clients.
• Provide direction and vision for many IT projects.
• Provide technology analysis to executive management for making effective company decisions.
