Lead the interface team and coordinate among project team and Client.
• Manage and resolve all issues pertaining to procurement, i.e PR issuance, PO awarding till
delivery, which cover the following items via interfacing with various department (Procurement,
QA/C, Engineering):
a) Material delivery
b) Technical issues
c) Quality issue
• Update the Procurement Tracking, i.e register, monitor and resolve any issues related to
material delivery.
• Being a team member in implementing Package Coordinator, i.e first time implement in the
Company.
• Lead the interface between Construction and T&I which covers the following process:
a) Organization of Loadout interface meeting, which include MWS and Client.
b) Preparation of Loadout Interface matrix, which is used for monitoring the roles and
responsibility of stakeholders.
c) Review of T&I progress which cover documents submission and approval, subcontracts
status and schedule.
• The Person-in-Charge for obtaining any Government statutory approval related to this project,
i.e Permit to Install (PTI), DCA.
• The Person-in-Charge for readiness of Tender documents, evaluation, award, progress
monitoring of Integrity Critical Element (ICE), i.e firstly implemented by HESS to Contractor.
• Being a team member in preparing the Construction Recovery Plan and presenting the plan to
the client.

and Uzma Engineering).
• Responsible as the front line task force to coordinate, discuss way forward and follow-up with
various departments (drilling, HUC, Operation team - SKO, T&I, Package engineers) on project
issues prior to 1st
gas and platform handover which included but not limited to the following:
a) Monitor HUC’s progress for wellhead platform until 1st
gas (manage to get 7 days earlier
from schedule), including the clearance of punch lists, signing of check sheet and system
handover.
b) Work closely with HUC department and Operation Team for platform handovers -
planning/ resolving/ follow- up on outstanding issues which may affect/ delayed the
handover schedule, i.e: material management, vendor mobilization, process and design
issue, etc.
c) Interface with various parties in order to understand the current project status and make
decision for way forward.
• Work closely with Project Planner for various tasks, i.e:
a) Review and comment project schedule prior to execution and ensure the tasks and
commitment for deliverables are meet.
b) Identify any task delay and seek the way forward.
c) Plan 1 - 2 months ahead of schedule to identify future opportunities.
d) Responsible to review and comments weekly and monthly project close-out report.
• Understand, comply and applied Petronas’s Project Management System (PPMS) in project
execution.
• Introduce newly contracting strategies which able to bring benefits to Company.
• Prepare and issue weekly progress report to management and highlight on issues concerned.
• Participate, provide ideas and responsible to close findings during project risks, Project
Independent Review (PIR), Schedule Risk Analysis, and Project Risk Assessment.
• Review ITBs, i.e scope of work prior to procurement process.

The Person-In-Charge to coordinate project tasks among teams and consortium partners, and
report to client:
Internal Department
a) Engineering, Procurement:
- Ensure that detail design complies with Client’s specifications and constructability
approach.
- Monitor the issuance of MTO for purchasing activities.
- Assist in resolving engineering issues with ONGC
- Work closely with Procurement team to ensure that material delivery is compatible to
current progress/ earlier and in compliance with specifications.
- Follow-up and monitor the final documentation prior to submission to client that
includes onshore and offshore redline mark-up and Vendor’s documentation.
b) PMT, QA/ QC, Commissioning, Planning, HUC:
- Monitor the work progress at site of various disciplines, i.e structural, piping, E&I,
mechanical, B&P.
- Coordinate among various departments/ disciplines to ensure work execution is
according to schedule.
- Coordinate between SDE’ QA/ QC and Client’s TPI and CA on QA/QC matters, I, e
submission of procedures, resolving any site memos, NCR, etc.
- Coordinate with Commissioning team for onshore pre-commissioning to offshore HUC
activities, which cover the marine spread arrangement, HUC subcontractor, approval
by Indian’s authorities, clearance of punch lists, etc.
- Review the daily progress and assist in preparing progress report, catch-up plan, etc.
External
a) Swiber (JV Partner - Transportation & Installation)
- Deal with Swiber in term of handover after sailaway, demarcation scope between SDE
and Swiber, scheduling, supplying marine spreads, etc.
- Monitor closely on Swiber’s progress during offshore installation to avoid any schedule
slippage.
b) ONGC (Client), CA, TPI
- Provide update to Client for weekly progress, work schedule, etc.
- As a focal personnel to liaise with CA and TPI during work execution at site.

CLIENTAssigned to assist post award Contract administration. Roles are as follows:
a) Responsible for subcontract work administration between SDE and Subcontractors which
cover the following Subcontractors:
§ Detail Design - RNZ/ Mustang
§ Certification Services - Bureau Veritas
§ Novated Equipments
§ Onshore Fabrication - Structural, Piping, Mechanical, B&P, Scaffolding,
Mechanical, E&I, Loadout, HVAC, GRE, etc.
§ Engineering analysis for Loadout and T&I - Offshore Dynamics
§ Marine Warranty Surveyor - Braemer Falconer
b) Assist Subcontract Department for preparing ITB, finalizing Subcontract Agreement, etc.
which is inclusive of reviewing and comment Scope of Work (SOW), Summary of Prices,
Matrix of Responsibility.
c) Prepare and finalize major Subcontract work, i.e Fabrication of jackets & bridges,
Transportation and Installation, MIEV, Detailed Engineering,
d) Prepare and issue change order to Client.
e) Responsible for correspondences between SDE and Subcontractor on any subcontract
issues.
f) Responsible for reviewing and responding to any change orders submitted from
Subcontractors.
g) Prepare weekly department report.
h) Progressively update subcontract status to Management.
